ABOUT MY LAST SUMMER.

Hi, I'm Clàudia and today I'm going to talk about my last summer.

First I'm going to talk about Gloucester in the UK, and then I'm going to explain about my stay on the beach in Platja d'Aro.

GLOUCESTER.

Last holidays I went for three weeks to a city in England called Gloucester. Gloucester is in the east of the UK, very near Wales.

On the 7^th of July I flew to Gloucester with some friends from school like Anna Sala, Laura Solà and Jordi Lladó, and some new friends from different places in Catalonia. When we arrived to Gloucester our families came to pick us up, and then we went home for dinner. My family was gorgeous, they were really nice. In the house there were 2 girls called Elisabeth, who was 2 years old, and Isobel who was 8 and there was a cat too called Twister. My mother was Hannah and my father Craig.

Every day we went to the school called Gloucester College. We studied 4 hours a day from 9:00 to 12:30 then we ate the packed lunch. In the afternoons we had different activities like bowling, going to the cinema... but we didn't have disco and everybody was angry with the head of the activities, Richard.

I celebrated my birthday for a second time in England. I think its cool because not a lot of people can say that they celebrate their birthdays there so, it's was a special day. And also because on my birthday we were on a trip to London! That was very good. I had some little presents and I had fun too.

On the 28^th of July we came back and we were all very sad, because it was our last day together.

When I came back from England I stayed for the month of August with my family and friends in Platja d'Aro.

I spent the rest of the summer there with my best friends called Georgina and Estela.

In the mornings we went to the beach and to the pool, then we had lunch and in the afternoons we went shopping to the Stradivarius, Bershka and other shops.

I had a lot of fun with them and then I came back to Banyoles to prepare the things for school.

This summer was very exhausting but incredible. I hope I can go again to England next year and meet my new friends and also to Platja d'Aro where I enjoy best time with my best friends.
